At MashToys Store, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and securely.
Combined Shipping – Save More
We happily offer combined shipping on multiple items. When purchasing more than one item in the same order (to the same address), discounted shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Within Australia
All orders are shipped from Melbourne using Australia Post (AusPost).
- Dispatch within 1–2 business days
- Secure packaging with protective materials
- Tracking provided on all orders
Orders may be left in a safe place if no one is available unless signature is selected at checkout.
Collector Packaging
We take extra care to pack items securely to help protect product boxes during transit. Minor shelf wear or transit marks may still occur.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Duties & Taxes

Signature & Delivery Responsibility
- Signature on delivery is optional (where available)
- If not selected, safe place delivery may be used
- Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled
Incorrect Address
- If returned → reshipping fees apply
- If lost due to incorrect address → no refund
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
- Return shipping may be deducted from refunds
- Reshipping requires additional payment
- International customers must cover duties and return costs
