🛠 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace, repair, or refund it.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Photos or details may be requested
  • We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible

🔄 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items from the date of delivery.

📦 Unopened Items

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • Original condition must be maintained
  • All accessories, inserts, and packaging included
  • Factory seals must remain intact

⚠️ Opened Items

Opened items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Items removed from packaging
  • Packaging showing signs of opening or tampering
  • Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed
Exception: If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

📦 How to Prepare Your Return

  • Use a sturdy shipping box
  • Add protective padding (bubble wrap, etc.)
  • Do not place labels on product packaging
If a return arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be reduced or declined.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Credit Cards: 3–5 business days
  • PayPal: up to 30 days

📦 Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

Refused Shipments
  • Treated as returns
  • Shipping and carrier fees may be deducted
Undeliverable Orders
  • Reshipping requires additional payment
  • No refund if lost due to incorrect address
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and fees. If customs destroys or disposes of a shipment, no refund will be issued.
