Return Policy

Not all purchases are going to be perfect. As hard as we try, things may not always arrive as expected; with that in mind we offer a 30-day return policy.

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received.

Opened Items

Opened items are not eligible for returns. This includes:

  • Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging.
  • Items that show visible indications that the packaging has been opened.
  • Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed.

Damaged and Defective Items

Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within 7 days of receiving your order.


Return Shipping – Domestic Customers

  • Our Error or Defective Product:
    If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees.
  • Other Reasons:
    If the return is for any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping

Please pack the item in an appropriately sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or other fill to adequately protect the item. Do not place the shipping label directly on the item to be returned, as this may result in a partial or no refund. If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packaging, your refund may be reduced.

Refunds

Refunds on returns are issued after the product has been received and processed. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note the following processing times:

  • Credit Cards: Typically 3-5 business days.
  • PayPal: May take up to 30 days depending on your PayPal source.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

  • Refused Shipments:
    A refused shipment will be treated as a return, and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Undeliverable Shipments:
    If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect address or not being available to receive the package), we will contact you to reship the package. All associated return and reshipping costs will be due prior to reshipment.
    International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs disposes of your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for the product or shipping.

Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery Method and Fulfillment

  • Standard Delivery:
    We ship all items using AusPost. Our standard practice is to deliver items to the address provided without requiring a signature unless you specifically request this at checkout.
  • Safe Place Delivery:
    When no signature is requested, AusPost will leave your package in a safe place at your address. This method is used for the majority of our shipments and is confirmed through AusPost tracking information.

Proof of Delivery

Once the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered to a safe place at the correct address, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled. We encourage you to check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office if you have concerns regarding the delivery.

Disputed Deliveries 

If you believe you have not received your package even though tracking confirms delivery:

  • Verification:
    Please first check with anyone at your address who might have received the package, or contact your local post office.
  • Our Position:
    Since our records and the courier’s tracking confirm that the item was delivered as per the agreed method, we consider our end of the agreement fully met.

Signature on Delivery

  • Opt-In Requirement:
    A signature on delivery is available only if specifically requested during the ordering process. The absence of this request means that safe place delivery is the default, and by choosing this method, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
